These terms cover the Unpeat website, the Mac app and the iPhone app. Using the service means you accept them.
The service
Unpeat detects the fields on a PDF form and fills them from details you supply. It is a tool, not advice. You are responsible for checking a completed form before you rely on it or lodge it, and for the accuracy of the details you enter.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if an account is used without your permission. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or that puts the service at risk.
Your content
Your documents stay yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service on them: to store them, render them, send them for field detection and filling, and return the result to you. Upload only documents you are allowed to upload.
Acceptable use
Do not use Unpeat to commit fraud, to forge a document, to impersonate someone, or to break a law. Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
Subscriptions
Unpeat Pro is AU$9.99 per month or AU$79.99 per year, and it renews until you cancel. A subscription bought on the web is billed by Stripe and cancelled in the customer portal. A subscription bought in the iPhone app is billed by Apple and cancelled in the App Store subscription settings on your device. Charges already made are not refunded, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it.
Availability
We aim to keep the service up but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. Features may change. We may end the service with reasonable notice to account holders.
Liability
The service is supplied as is, so far as the law allows. Nothing here excludes a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability may be limited, ours is limited to resupplying the service or refunding what you paid for it in the previous 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia.
